Can I try it for free?

Yes! OpenFlat offers a Free trial plan. Please contact customer service (support@openflat.tech) to get trial benefits.

Under what circumstances will 1 class session be deducted? Will it be deducted if the teacher prepares alone?

A class session will be deducted only when there are at least two people in the room simultaneously, and the room lasts for at least 10 minutes. This means that if the teacher is alone in the room preparing, no class session will be deducted.

Can I purchase class sessions separately?

If you have already subscribed to a plan, you can purchase class sessions separately as needed to avoid affecting normal use due to insufficient sessions. However, please note that separately purchased class sessions must be used within the current subscription period.

Will the waiting time for students to join be counted in the room duration?

Each class session includes an additional 10 minutes of waiting time for students to join and 5 minutes of overtime.

What should I do if the room has more than 100 people?

After subscribing to the Enjoy plan, the room supports up to 100 people. If this still cannot meet your needs, please contact customer service (support@openflat.tech) for custom processing.

Can I request a refund?

Unused services (no valid class sessions consumed during the subscription period) can apply for a full refund within 7 days after purchase. Used services do not support refunds. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@openflat.tech, and we will be happy to help.
