Understand the usage scope, responsibilities, and limitations before installing or operating OpenFlat.

OPENFLAT Online Classroom Terms of Service

Welcome to OPENFLAT Online Classroom software ("Test Product"). This test product is provided by GPP (Hangzhou Gaopangpang Technology Co., Ltd.) to demonstrate the product experience to GPP customers. It is only intended to test features, performance, and availability, and is not a generally available commercial product.

If you wish to try the test product, feel free to download, install, and use it. GPP hereby authorizes you to use it for free within China. The test product is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GPP is not liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the test product.

Please read this Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully—including the bolded sections—before using the Services.

The Agreement includes the text herein, additional agreements referenced below, and any rules we may publish in the future. All rules are integral to the Agreement and carry equal legal effect. Unless otherwise stated, your use of the Services is governed by this Agreement.

In these terms, "GPP," "we," and "our" refer to Hangzhou Gaopangpang Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Definitions

OpenFlat Online Classroom is a test product launched by GPP to demonstrate product capabilities to customers, solely for testing.

2. Revisions

GPP may modify this Agreement and related service terms via in-app announcements or other reasonable means. Continuing to use the product indicates acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you disagree, you may stop using the Services.

3. Service changes or suspension

OpenFlat may add or remove services, suspend, or discontinue them entirely without liability.

4. Account rules

  1. You must log in before accessing interactive features.
  2. You confirm that you have full civil capacity. Minors should use the Services only with guardian consent.
  3. Your account information must comply with PRC laws and social ethics. Prohibited content includes material that endangers national security, promotes hate, violates public order, or infringes rights.
  4. If illegal or harmful content appears in your account, OpenFlat may request corrections, suspend usage, or report to authorities.
  5. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Data

Unless proven otherwise, data stored on GPP servers is the only valid evidence of your usage.

6. Usage rules

You are responsible for your behavior while using OpenFlat. Prohibited activities include targeting children under 14, developing competing services, distributing illegal content, violating laws, or interfering with product operations.

Content you transmit (text, audio, video, data, etc.) must not infringe rights, contain malicious code, or violate laws. You may not disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or use third-party tools/plugins without permission.

GPP may review or remove content and limit accounts if violations are reported.

7. Privacy

GPP will process personal information in accordance with the OpenFlat Privacy Policy. Minors should obtain guardian consent before using the Services.

8. Force majeure and disclaimer

  1. GPP is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.
  2. The test product may contain bugs or defects. You are responsible for backups and data protection.
  3. GPP is not liable for service interruptions due to software, hardware, or communication issues on your side, improper operations, or unauthorized access.
  4. OpenFlat does not guarantee the product will fully meet your requirements or be error-free.
  5. You may encounter third-party content risks. GPP is not responsible for damages arising from such content.
  6. The product is not designed for critical scenarios like nuclear facilities, medical devices, or military systems.

9. Miscellaneous

  1. All content within OpenFlat is protected by IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  2. GPP may modify, suspend, or terminate services after notice.
  3. Notices may be delivered via email, letters, or announcements.
  4. This Agreement is governed by PRC law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission with three arbitrators.
